Social Rating is an application for JomSocial. It comes with the main application and two plugins. The plugins display the highest and lowest rated users. This extension was developed for a specific purpose by a 3rd party developer. Little support will be available at this time. We apologize in advance for that. You will also need some experience in CSS to alter the display to your desires.
